Want to carb up on the cheap? Too lazy to chew? Banana milk is for you. With only two ingredients (four if you want to get fancy), this recipe is cheap, easy, and fast [insert joke here].

FEATURED INGREDIENT: BANANA
Let’s be real here. Either you love bananas, or you’re WRONG.

It’s a fat free way to sweeten things up. They’re super cheap, make a filling snack, and they’re perfect for the grab-and-go kind of person.

Vitamin B6. Manganese. Vitamin C. Potassium. You got it, baby.
NOTES:
USE SPOTTED BANANAS, PEOPLE.

Not only do unripe bananas taste starchy and soapy, they’re a lot harder to digest.

INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas
1 - 1 1/2 cups almond milk
pinch of cinnamon (optional)
few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Blend this sucker up, and enjoy!

Wasn't that easy? Best part? You can switch out the bananas and make strawberry milk, blueberry milk, hell, even kale milk, if you want to be gross.
